Jahfrey Harper is a repeat offender in Price Hill.
Jahfrey Harper was before the Court last year for theft. At that time Price Hill Court Watch requested 12 months in the Ohio Department of Correction and full restitution to the victim. At sentencing in November of 2007 the Court deemed community control an appropriate sentence.
It is now August 2008. Mr. Harper having served just 9 months of a 5 year sentence is once again before the Court on felony charges. This time the charges are much more serious. The offenses now have escalated to kidnapping and aggravated robbery.
The Court provided an opportunity for this defendant to redeem himself and become a productive member of society. He chose not to avail himself of the chance provided by the Court.
Price Hill Court Watch is asking the Court to show no mercy:

of 25 years in the Ohio Department of Corrections with no opportunity for
early release. We ask that this sentence be served consecutive to the

of 25 years in the Ohio Department of Corrections with no opportunity for
early release. We ask that this sentence be served consecutive to the

B 0707513 – Theft; For the probation violation on this case we are asking for the 18 months
in the Ohio Department of Corrections promised during sentencing for any
probation violation. We ask that this sentence be served consecutive to the
sentence in B 0806406-A and B 0806744-A
This is an aggregate sentence of 51.5 years. Again we ask the Court to show no mercy! We don’t want him in Price Hill, Cincinnati, or Hamilton County.
