Re State of Ohio v. Mike Williams
Case #: B 0806059-C

August 13, 2008

This defendant was arrested for trafficking in cocaine. He has a history of assault, obstruction, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana. His behavior shows wanton disregard for Price Hill residents and the Price Hill community. Drug crimes are not victimless. The impact of this type of repeated criminal behavior on our neighborhood is immeasurable but severe. We will gladly give you a tour so you can see for yourself the effect on our historic community.

Price Hill is asking the Court to give us and all of Cincinnati a break. Please do not victimize the Price Hill community again with a lenient sentence.

Price Hill Court Watch is asking for the following sentence:
Three years of intensive neighborhood supervised community control. Along with community control we ask you to impose these additional conditions for the full term of the ordered probation:
 a curfew from 9pm to 6am and
 a stay away order from all Price Hill Schools
 a stay away order from any area deemed by probation to be a high drug area.

We are asking the Court to show no sympathy or leniency. Please be fair to the citizens you serve and the community of Price Hill. Please help us in our efforts to reclaim our historic community and once again make it safe for all our residents.

Respectfully submitted,

Price Hill Court Watch
