Re State of Ohio v. Ronell Prince
Case #: B 0806059-A and B 0805297
August 13, 2008
This defendant is a mere eighteen years old and already has two pending felony cases with a multitude of charges attached to his name. The first charge occurred in early July 2008 for trafficking in cocaine. Two short week later he is arrested for aggravated burglary and discharging a firearm -- not in one habitat but four. The location of these crimes is highly residential, home to many children. His behavior shows wanton disregard for Price Hill residents and the Price Hill community. The impact of this type of repeated criminal behavior on our neighborhood is immeasurable but severe. We invite you to visit our historic community and see for yourself. We will gladly give you a tour.
Price Hill is asking the Court to give us and all of Cincinnati a break. Lock this defendant up. We want him out of Price Hill. Please do not victimize the Price Hill community again with a lenient sentence
Price Hill Court Watch is asking for the following sentence:
Case #: B 0806059-A -- 25 years in the Department of Corrections with no chance of early
release
B 0805297 -- 17 months in the Department of Corrections to be served
consecutively with the 25 years on case B 0806059-A
We are asking the Court to show no sympathy or leniency. Please be fair to the victims, the citizens you serve, and the community of Price Hill.
Respectfully submitted,
Price Hill Court Watch
