If the Court deems community control an appropriate sentence (which we oppose), along with community control we ask you to impose these additional conditions for the full term of the ordered probation:
a curfew from 9pm to 6am and
a stay away order from all Price Hill Schools and
a stay away order from any area deemed by probation to be a high drug area.
We are asking you to protect Price Hill and Price Hill residents.
